Delete your account in the app
- Open the EV CONNECTS app and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the message and tap Delete Account again to confirm.
Your name, mobile number and email address are removed straight away, and you will be signed out on all devices. The rest of your personal data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. You can only delete it when your wallet balance is ₹0. If you have money left in your wallet, contact our support team to request a refund first. Once your balance is ₹0 you can delete your account.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the email address registered to your account, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and delete your account within 7 days.

Records we have to keep are stored securely, are no longer linked to your name or contact details, and are not used for marketing.
