Park in the EV bay and connect the charger's cable to your vehicle.
- STEP 3

- STEP 5
Unplug & go
Your GST invoice arrives by email and in the app as soon as you finish.
Ways to charge
Three ways to start a session
Choose whatever is easiest for you. The app and RFID cards work on every charger; Auto Charge works on compatible DC fast chargers.
The app
- Live map and navigation
- Prepaid wallet with UPI & cards
- Session history and invoices
- Notifications when charging is done
RFID card
- Tap to start, tap to stop
- Linked to your wallet
- No phone or signal needed
- Block a lost card instantly in the app
Auto Charge
- Plug in and charging starts by itself
- Link your car once in the app
- Paid from your wallet
- Works at compatible DC fast chargers
Auto Charge
Just plug in
Link your car to your account once. After that, charging starts by itself when you plug in at a compatible DC fast charger and is paid from your wallet. No app taps or cards needed.
- STEP 1
Add your car
Add your vehicle under My Vehicles in the app, then open Auto Charge and select it.
- STEP 2
Link it once
Scan the QR code on a compatible DC charger and start one session from the app. The charger reads your car's ID and links it to your account.
- STEP 3
Plug in & go
From then on, plug in at any compatible charger and charging starts automatically. You can turn Auto Charge off for a car any time.
Auto Charge works with DC fast chargers and cars that support it (ISO 15118 / vehicle ID). Keep enough balance in your wallet to start.
Charger types
AC or DC — which one do I need?
Both will charge your EV. The difference is speed, and where it makes sense to use them.
AC charging
Typically 3.3 – 22 kW
Ideal when you're parked for a while — at work, a hotel, a mall or a restaurant. Gentle on the battery and usually the lower-cost option. The right choice for two- and three-wheelers too.
DC fast charging
Typically 30 – 120 kW+
Built for quick stops on highways and busy city routes. Most cars can go from 20% to 80% in well under an hour, depending on the vehicle and charger power.
Cars
CCS2 for DC fast charging, Type 2 for AC.
Two-wheelers
Charge with your own charger on a 15A socket, or at compatible DC points.
Three-wheelers & fleets
AC or DC depending on the vehicle — ask us about fleet plans.
Pricing
Clear prices, no surprises
Each charger's tariff is shown in the app and on the charger page before you start. You pay only for the energy you use, and every session comes with a GST invoice.
- Per-unit (kWh) pricing, shown upfront
- Secure payments via UPI, cards and net banking
- Wallet balance and full history in the app
Charging etiquette & safety
- Park in EV bays only while charging, and move your vehicle once you're done.
- Return the cable to its holster so it isn't damaged or a trip hazard.
- Don't force a connector — check it matches your vehicle's inlet.
- If a charger shows a fault or damage, stop and contact our support team.
- Keep the charging area clear of liquids and flammable items.
